APPROACH
Partnering with Meta, we reimagined Oculus Launch Pad, a major initiative with a mission to bring greater diversity to the VR developer community. As the industry entered an unprecedented 2020, we kept the Launch Pad mission front and center while expanding and pivoting programming for the world of remote collaboration. Working closely with more than 60 different subject matter experts and VR developers from underrepresented communities, we produced 17+ hours of on-demand content and 12 days of event programming to build a more inclusive pipeline.
ACHIEVEMENT
200+ new developers
85% average participation
75+ VR demos by Launch Pad participants
